With years of experience, no project is too big or too small.  We have experience from remodeling of a small powder room all the way to a full-on gut/renovation, house lift, and addition all in one.

Below is a selection of projects we are particularly proud of. Of course, every project is important to us, but we want to highlight the diverse range of possibilities we can bring to your project.

Water front renovation and expansion

• 2100 square feet to 5000 square feet
• Remove exterior aluminum siding (stamped 1978) and wrap entire house in Tyvek
• Replace roof - two layers of 3-tab shingles removed and replaced with architectural shingles
• Level-off master bathroom floor - unstable foundation build caused floor to settle 1 1/2 inches lower from end-to-end
• Gut entire interior - fur 2x4 walls to 2x6, install R-19 insulation, run all new electrical and plumbing, install recessed lighting
